Hey had ordered some washer/dryer pedestals. He tracked them using the numbers and waited till the expected delivery date to call UPS. They said they had them at their Minneapolis warehouse (2.5 hours away from here), and they'd be there tomorrow. They didn't arrive. He called them again. They promised again. They didn't arrive.
